Here at Sacred Senses Holistics, we understand that life is full of unpredictable and unexpected circumstances out of our control. We try to provide the best possible service and when we receive cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice we aim to reschedule the appointment.
Please be aware that any appointments cancelled within 24-hours from the booking date will be charged the full fee for the treatment.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows can be detrimental to our business. This policy is what we keep out of respect for the therapist's time and potential to fill these cancelled slots for an efficient and fair service to all of our clients.
If you are taken ill or a critical emergency has prevented you from seeing us please let us know in the first available instance, and we will waive the fees!
Misconduct
Any inappropriate sexual advances, remarks or aggressive behaviour are prohibited in our tranquil environment we strive to keep. Anyone guilty of the following will have their session cancelled immediately and still be charged for the session.
